Our Mission
The mission of the District 2 Joint Volunteer Fire Department is to provide protection of life, property, and the environment from the effects of fires, medical emergencies, and hazards. We serve the citizens of Guyan and Ohio Townships in Gallia County, Ohio. We will maintain a constant state of readiness to respond to all requests for services to citizens and mutual aid to neighboring departments through training, maintenance of equipment, and a desire to serve.

We offer a variety of services to the community, including fire suppression, emergency medical services first responder program, Dive Rescue, and more. Our team is always ready to respond to any emergency.
